Bijou Bay Harbor - Ability Acietro

Ability by Acierto was founded by one of Colombia’s most preeminent real estate developers, Juan Carlos Gonzalez. While spending time in Miami, he developed a passion for the South Florida lifestyle and wanted to give people the “Ability” to have affordable luxury.

To establish its footprint in the United States, Ability by Acierto has selected the fashionable Bay Harbor Islands for its first residential real estate project called Bijou Bay Harbor. Comprised of nine stories and 41 units, the boutique condominium will overlook the Intracoastal and offer breathtaking views.

In addition to launching Ability by Acierto, Gonzalez currently owns Acierto Inmobiliario, the second largest Colombian development company that has successfully managed the construction of 10 million square feet of space. Gonzalez and his talented team oversaw the construction of renowned properties including Torre Empresarial Porvenir, Centro Comercial Sao Paulo and Santa Teresa Vivienda in Medellin and Country Reservado, El Bosque, Avenida 68 in Bogota and many more.

Interior Design

Throughout a career that spans over 28 years, 800-plus interior design projects and 9 furniture collections; Adriana has created a versatile portfolio of high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects for prominent individuals and corporations in the U.S., Bahamas, Panama, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, South America and the United Kingdom. She has been recognized as a leader in her industry and an accomplished spokesperson in furniture and interior design fields.

Branding + Design

helium creative is a branding + design studio based in Fort Lauderdale, who offers unconventional solutions for impactful brand experiences. helium is dedicated to delivering a higher creative standard through superior service, attention to detail and great design. Bijou Bay Harbor - Revuelta

Revuelta has worked on numerous major and complex projects in Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and internationally. He has designed and project-managed the tallest and most complex condominium buildings in the southeastern United States. The architect in charge of design for many of South Florida’s most prestigious luxury condominiums, Mr. Revuelta’s work includes the EPIC Residences & Hotel, Bristol Tower, the Santa Maria, Porto Vita-South, Porto Vita-North, The Bath Club, Azure, Jade Residences, Il Villagio, and Grovenor House.

Architect

Bijou Bay Harbor - Charles Benson

Architect Charles Benson is a Miami Beach Native and Florida educated. Benson graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL in 1988 and minored in Interior Design at Florida State University. He is also a licensed Architect in Georgia and New York States, a member of The National Council of Architecture Registration Board (NCARB), and a Florida licensed Real Estate Associate as well as a Florida licensed General Contractor. Charles Benson is Founder and Principal of Charles H. Benson & Associates, Architects, P.A., a full service Architectural, Planning, Interior Design and Construction Supervision Firm. Founded in 1996, with twenty years of experience, the solidity of the firm is reflected in its continued growth, success and savoir faire.
